Booking Policies & Guidelines

1. Booking Slots

• All services are available by appointment only.

• Booking slots must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your slot.

• Final payment is due before or on the day of service.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• If cancelled less than 24 hours before, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged (deducted from your deposit).

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be shortened or cancelled, depending on the schedule.

• Persistent lateness may affect future bookings.

4. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.

• Rescheduling less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a 10% rebooking fee.

• All rescheduling requests must be confirmed via email, phone, or our booking portal.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

• Please respect time slots, especially during high-demand periods.

• For group bookings, each participant must adhere to these terms individually.
